The Agricultural Policy Framework is a federal, provincial and territorial strategy for the Canadian agricultural sector.
It was launched in 2003 to help the food producing and processing industry become a world leader in business risk management, environment, food safety and food quality, renewal and science and innovation. The framework ends in March 2008, to be replaced by the Growing Forward framework.
